In case you receive a story at the last day of the sprint to test and you find there are defects, what will you do? Will you mark the story to done?
Answer / Siyaram
If a story is received on the last day of the sprint for testing and defects are found, it would be ideal to delay declaring the story 'done' until those defects have been resolved. The team could use the remainder of the sprint or schedule additional time to fix the issues and then demonstrate that the story now meets acceptance criteria before marking it as 'done'. However, if there is no time left in the sprint to resolve the defects, the team should work with the product owner to prioritize the issue and address it during the next sprint.
