Difference between vat and property class.
Answer / Kumar Awakash
In Oracle D2K, VAT (Visual Application Template) is a set of pre-defined forms and reports that can be used as a starting point for application development. On the other hand, a Property Class is a user-defined template that allows you to define custom properties for your forms and reports. These properties can then be accessed and manipulated at runtime.
