Explain process followed in your rpa project ? Explain the rpa life cycle ?
Answer / Barun Pratap Singh
The RPA life cycle typically consists of six phases: Discover, Analyze, Design, Build, Test, and Manage. In the Discover phase, potential processes for automation are identified. The Analyze phase involves assessing the feasibility of automation for each process. During the Design phase, the process is modeled and high-level requirements are defined. The Build phase is where the software robot is developed to perform the automated task. In the Test phase, the robot is tested for accuracy and performance. Finally, in the Manage phase, the robot is deployed and monitored to ensure it continues to function as intended.
