During the discovery stage, the business process is identified for automation. In the analysis stage, the requirements and scope are defined. The design stage involves planning the automation solution. In the development stage, the bot is built and tested. The testing stage ensures that the bot meets the requirements and performs as expected. In the deployment stage, the bot is implemented in the production environment. Finally, in the maintenance stage, the bot is monitored, updated, and improved to ensure its continued performance.
