Explain when scrum cannot be useful?
Answer / Avinash Srivastava
Scrum may not be suitable for projects with clearly defined requirements and a fixed timeline. It is best suited for projects with complex, evolving requirements where collaboration, flexibility, and rapid iteration are essential. In addition, Scrum may not be effective for small teams or projects with only a few team members.
