What type of performance can you expect from elastic block storage? How do you back it up and enhance the performance?
Answer / Mayank Yadav
Elastic Block Store (EBS) provides persistent block-level storage volumes for use with EC2 instances. Performance varies depending on volume type, but EBS supports IOPS and throughput optimized volumes to cater to different workloads. To back up EBS volumes, you can create snapshots, which are point-in-time copies of your volumes. Performance can be enhanced by provisioning larger EBS volumes, using provisioned IOPS volumes, or enabling EBS optimization on your EC2 instances.
