How to turn down a peer without affecting any other peer of cluster?
Answer / Rahul Kumar Yadav
In Splunk, you can decommission a peer node in a high-availability (HA) cluster without affecting other peers. To do this, use the Splunk CLI command 'service splunkd stop', followed by 'splunk dismember'. This will remove the peer from the cluster.
