To purge deleted messages automatically in Outlook, you can set up AutoArchive. Go to File > Account Settings > Account Settings > Data Files. Select the data file and go to 'AutoArchive' tab. Check the box for 'Run AutoArchive every n days' and specify the number of days. Also, check the box for 'Purge items older than n days' and specify the number of days.
