Number of enzymes are also obtained from fungi
(a)Invertase synthesized by saccharomces, cerevisiae,
(b)Amylase by aspergillus
(c) Pertinose by Pennicillum
Proteases etc. used in tanning industry.
Fat Production:-All most all fungi are capable of
synthesizing fats e.g. aspergillus
Pigments:-Some fungi have coloured spores and mycelium.
These are utilized as dye.
