WHEN LIGHT TRANSFERS FROM ONE MEDIUM TO ANOTHER MEDIUM,
SOME PART WILL BE REFLECTED AND OTHER PART WILL BE
TRANSMITTED. THE TOTAL INCIDENT INTENSITY WILL BE EQUAL TO
THE REFLECTED INTENSITY AND TRANSMITTED INTENSITY. THE
COEFFICIENTS OF TRANSIMISSION AND REFLECTION DEPENDS ON THE
TWO MEDIA. WHEN THE FRACTION OF TRANSMISSION IS
APROXIMATELY EQUAL TO 1, THEN THAT MEDIUM IS CALLED AS
TRANSPARENT. NO MATERIAL IS PERFECTLY TRANSPARENT OR
PERFECTLY REFLECTIVE. THOSE TWO OR IDEAL EXACTLY.
