TDS u/s 192 Estimated Income of the Employee under the head salaries should be above Rs 200000 for TDS Deduction.If Rs 165000 is Per Year then TDS not to be deducted,if its for Rs.165000 Per Month then TDS to Deducted @ 10%

Tds u/s 192 Exempted amount for individual per year is Rs.200000.As Rs 165000 per Year Means No TDS Deducted.If it is for Per Month then TDS to be Deducted

When you prepare Profit and loss A/C either you will get profit or loss but not both.Then why we are saying it as profit AND loss A/C,why cannot we say it is as Profit OR loss account?
