Excise duty applies as per ur product applicable rate may be 10 or 12 or 6 depends
Education cess @ 2%
Secondary & Higher Education Cess @ 1%
Education cess & Secondary & Higher Education Cess will be charged on Excise duty amount.

For Eg if u r in 10% excise rate
if u produced Rs. 10000 value goods
ur Excise 10000*10% = 1000
Secondary & Higher Education Cess = 1000*1% = 10
Education cess = 1000*2% = 20
Product value = 10000+1000+10+20 = 11030

i/e if ce is 10% so 10.3=100,(100-10.3)89.7=?9product value)
