Sucrose +66.47
Cholesterol -31.50
D-(+)-Glucose +52.70

Morphine -132.00
L-Proline (in water) -84.00
use above standard for calibration purpose .
1) Linearity
2) precision
parameters respective wave length
II) Polarity cell use wave length accuracy purpose
