explain cold startup?..

when qmgr(QM) transaction logs are missing...that qmgr is re-start is not applicable..."path is not increasible "

create a TEMP qmgr
copy the transaction logs and past the qmgr(QM)
then re-start the QMGR..

this process is know as "cold resratup"
