wHAT IS DIFFERANCE BETWEEN RETAIL INVOICE & CASH MEMO?..

in a practical sense when we purchase something from a shop
keeper by cash the receipt which we receive from him is
known as cash memo and we purchase the samething in credit
is known as retail invoice.
