I have done 3 years diploma in electronics ( 1998-2000) but
I completed my diploma in 2005.
I started working from 2000 itself ; so I am having total
10+ year experience in IT field.
Please let me know If I can show this 10+ year experience
for getting H1b visa.

I went for an interview in Mumbai Consulate. I got everything from my client offer letter, Tax returns client's offer letter etc. But still he refused and told that he requires unemployment wage report from Petitioner. Can anyone suggest that after i got the papers they will reject me ?
Hi I am Ganapathy, My H1B got approved through my company. I am also planning to apply H4 for my wife & my kids. My problem is that i do not have the marriage certificate, but I got an affidavit done with notary on my marriage.
