Hi, Hope your husband traveled with H1/L1 Visa. You can ask him to raise Dependent visa in CTS Visa Site. Once it's been raised and approved by his supervisor then he has to fill all required information/upload scanned copies(Passport, Marriage Certificate, BEP, Cover letter). Then it'll be processed by concerned team then you've to go for Personal Appearance Interview(PAI) at specific US Consulate (based on State which u r living). After interview, visa will be sent within 2-3 business days.

Hi, I have B1 Visa from my employer and it is valid till 2017, just recently i have got my H4 visa from my wife's employer. If i travel to US with H4 visa will my B1 visa w remain valid? Please explain.
