TDS to be deducted on bill amount.Generally TDS is
applicable on service bills,rent,commissions,interest
therefore it is to be deducted inclusive of service tax.

Only incase of TDS U/s 194I i.e. for Rent, we should not calculate TDS on service tax amount.

On all other TDS under all sections, TDS should be deducted on service tax also..

TDS should always deduct on the net amount of source
income. It never shall be deducted including the Service
Tax Amount. TDS Always shall be deducted on the amount on
which service tax has been charged.

I have transfered the goods in F-Form (i.e. from one state to another) but now the problem is when I have sold the material in the Local market say for 100+tax=100tax, some of the material got defective say 50+tax=50tax.
