ihve got a shengen visa from austrian emabassy for eight days but i overstayed three months but the austrian authorities didnt stamp anything on my passport not even the departure stamp when i arrive to mumbai even they also havnt stamped on my passport not even the arrival.can i use this passport for another shengen visa or u.s visa.

At present I have taken a break from work, and undertaken a study programme in a related field in a college in Bangalore. I wish to attend a trade fair in Germany that is related to my field of work. My questions are: Can I apply for a Schengen visa from Bangalore, although I am a resident of mumbai? I had God the initial stamping For my previous intake and due to insufficient time at my final stamping my visa was canceled... i would like to know should i need to apply once again for visa or it will be forwarded.. or if i apply once again i need to inform then that i got last time initial stamping at it was cancelled for a reason?
