Case study Real estate question: 1. Mr. Johnson owns a small commercial property which has 4 units with a total square footage of 9384. The property is located in an area suffering from high vacancies. The current tenants remaining are ABC Corporation, who occupies 2888sq ft. And recently renegotiated and lowered their lease rate through 2011 and XYZ electronics corp., who occupies 3350 sq.ft. With their lease due to expire December 2010. The remaining 2 vacancies are marketed by a local broker. Currently there are no potential tenants viewing the vacant graces. What might Mr. Johnson do to retain his 2 tenants and attract new renters to his property and how might this impact his income and/or expenses this year and next year? Please explain your answer.

hi, the problem is about my grandfathers pf amt (retired around 1990s). my grandfather had retired as a workInspector in pwd department in Vizag. But he didnt take his pf amt because pf documents were not properly managed. later he didnt enquire about because of his personnel problems and he came to his native place which is so far to vizag. And now he was expired last year . so for my grandmother sake , is there any possibilty to get those money ? i tried at vizag but there are so many formalities ? actually i want to know the exact way to get those money ? is there any possibility to get that money atleast.if how pls give me the best suggestion

Sir, My client A is doing job work on piece rate basis for B a establishment in Baddi in Himachal Pradesh and .His labour are working in Baddi Himschal Pradesh. and the payment was made to A after confirmation from the Quality confirmation department of the establishments and calculated on piece rate basis. Here B is exempted from excise duty from Excise. A has done work up to Feb, 2016t , 2009 nearly Rs15 - 20 lacs in total up to date . he is not charge any Service Tax. Pls advice in this case service tax is exempted if job work is done in excise exempt unit. Pls confirm in this case service Tax is exempted or not. If not exempted the then what amount b has to pay service tax.
