The Person who Provide Taxable Services In India shall be
liable to Pay Service Tax at the time of Receipt of Payment.
and The Person who Received services from Out side India (
Reverse Charge) shall pay Service Tax on amount of Taxable
Services Received.
The Exemption is available up to 10 Lac.

Service tax will be pay on Gross amount.
107 services are in services tax.
Service tax Limit is Rs. 10 lakh.
Service tax registration limit is Rs. 9l

While I prepare Form JJ for goods transfer I made a mistake that the value of goods is morethan the actual value(i.e. instead of Rs.92100/- I filed Rs.1354000/-)and the copy of JJ sheet is sealed in the checkpost one copy is taken in the checkpost. please anybody give me the exact solution. thanks
