Answer / kishore edupuganty

You have 3 regions.Test,System Test and Production..
as of now,you have to perform few changes to Test region
and assume you cannot get the copy from System Test region
and you can get only from Production region....

then get the Prod copy and incorporate the System Test
changes(to Prod version) in Test copy.
