i will try to improve our law and order system and i will
take round of our area time by time and discuss with the
ordinary people so that i will be able to know the actual
problem of that area, after that i will make some strict
rules and regulations and will do a humble request to every
body to follow that rules.

i won't just jump into action straightaway.. i will first
study, what are the real needs of that place,will analyse
that.. plan necessary steps after discussing with other
officers and the local people.. and will start my actions
one by one..

will work to improve the basic and primary needs of people like water, electricity ,roads and healthcare facilities. will work on law and order.make new school and colleges for children . will improve the scenec beauty of the district. will inspire tourist and industries by advertising about the city in internet, newspapers and magazines. will also help in opening new bank branches with local staff. also improve on employment opportunities for people.

yes if am the dc of my distict then firstly i wish to watch
out the real corruption of my distirct.i will start the work
from my department if i found any corrupted junior police
officer then i will suggest him to not to do the thats type of
mistakes, and after that i will suggest the junior officers to
handle their work very carefully and suggest them to watch out
their junior employee.
