Sir, it will be early to say regarding changing of job.
Because salary is not everything for my life. Once I join
any organization while working there for some months/years
will definitely have emotional attachment and that
organization will also provide promotional opportunity where
salary will automatically increase. In those cases it will
be difficult for me to change the job or shift to any other
organization in search of better salary. Because no
organization will give salary without working or performing.
If we perform or do hard work with my own organizations, it
will also provide better salary & promotion opportunity &
changing job will not come into my mind.

No sir i wouldn't change my job. because salary is not
everything in my life. wheh i will work for few months in
bank then there is a emotional attachment with the
organisation. After joining i could think for this. salary
is important for me. But the organisation also give me a
better salary and promotin oppertunity. so inever think
for this

Hi, I am shortlisted for Bank of India PO(GBO)and have my interview on 15th March ,2011. Can anyone help me on What& how to answer on the following questions: 1) Why did you choose banking when you have grown fast in the corporate sector (I worked for 3.5 years in a top BPO and now at a Fortune 500 Company... Non- IT) 2)Character certificate is required from two persons , obtained on recent date(mentioned in the call letter) So,any particular format? 3)I've done my PGDBA(HR) in correspondence mode , which holds no value in the Govt.Sector( not AICTE/UGC regd.).So, if they ask ' Why have you done this course when you want to choose banking as career?' , what should I answer? 4) What to say if we are not clear on ans. to certain questions?

CENTRAL BANK OF INDIA Has anybody completed the online form fill up for PO exam??? It's such a waste site, i m trying for last 2 days the page is not opening. Even if it opens and u fill 1st page its not going to 2nd page. What ll be the right time in a day or night to fill the form online when there ll be less load on the server??????
