hi i m rahul.i hav completed my 10th standard in the year of 2002 then after i stop my study and involved in agriculture with my dad.i joined intermediate in the year of 2007 and completed my intermediate with the 1st division.now i am willing to continue my study and would like to go to usa for study.i hav ielts with the score of 7.0 band.my question is my education gap in the past affect the visa interview or not?and what shall i do to cover my education gap?what shall i reply to visa counseller if he/she ask me regarding to the education gap?i m looking for any support from all of u guys over there.please suggest me something.

i am planning to apply for u.s student visa .i am still persuing my b.tech 4-1 cse next month is my 4-2 i have 58% till now. was having 11 backlog but cleared last year!my ssc is 63% and inter is 58% am i capable to get the u.s student visa . and if i am what should be my gre and toefl score. what should i say to interviewer about my backlog which i was having... plz help me.. should i do m.s !

hello i am nandu... my acadamic % is 61.09 n GRE - 910 , toefel -63 i hav applied for visa in july n got rejected .. n then again i applied in august n got rejected again... n da reason was "not going 2 return bak 2 india" ... for the two times i hav booked da slot through EMERGENCY slots... so now there is no chance for me to buk da slot in emergency... so for the 3rd time can i book the slot through normal slot?? if yes,i hav tried booking the slot through normal but its showing an error message stating dat "interview appointments are not currently available.. please check bak in 24hours.f u hav an urgent need to travel,please consult emergency appointment on this site.." so can any plzz give me a suggestion that how can i book my slot for the 3rd time in normal slots...

My passport is valid for barely a month beyond my studies so what do I do? In my I-20 the date my studies in the US ends is 5th June,2011 but my passport expires 3rd July 2011. Do i need to do anything about this before going for my visa interview which is almost by the corner?

Hi i was rejected for F-1 visa at Chennai consulate on 9th of July 2008, i hope, i was rejected in the case of my backlogs, they are 13, and now am planning to take the visa interview again, so what would be my answer if they ask me " why u have been rejected for the first time "? and " Why these many backlogs" ? I took my first appointment in immergency slot on 30 July 08 and got rejected for not eligible. I want to book another slot but as normal slot is not available can i go for immergency. I want to take appointment between 11 to 14 August 08 as my uni reporting date is 20 Aug 08.
