BACK.WHEN I MAKE MY LAPTOP ON CHARGING THE LAPTOP STARTS
BLINKING AND THEN THE LAPTOP GETS OFF IMMIDEATELY.SO IS THE
PROBLEM OF BATTERY OR CHARGER?
