There are 50 systems, all systems are joined in
domaincontroller,in that one of the pc got disconnected
from the domain suddenly,how can u solve the problem,what
are the steps do you follow to overcome?

(1) First I will check logical problems like TCP/IP whether
it is configured properly or not.
(2) Next I will check physical problems like cable, rj45 on
both side whether it is inserted properly or not.
(3) May be very rare problem if anybody might have enabled
ICMP in firewall, that may also lead to stop responding in
the network.

This plm we are facing sometimes because of virus.
then u can do one thing just remove the domain and add the
work group, after u have to restart the system , and again
add the domain then u can check the system working or
not ...?

first thing to do is to check for network connectivity
next thing that you're going to do is to rejoin the computer
to the domain

1.check the tcp /ip
2. check the ceble
3.check firewall setting
4. unjoin from the domain and again join into the domain.

FIRT U PING THE DOMIN GETWAY ...THAN CHK CABLE, IP ADD,CHK DOMIN NAME,THAN RESTAR U PC THAN CHK AGAIN..

1. Verify connectivity between client and server
2. ping'd IP and DNS from client machine
3. try find out the local admin user and log in with that
4. Un join the computer from domain and join it to work group
5. if still having issue with some admin policy just unhook the cable and log in with domain.
6.plug in back back the cable.
Might be some time trust relation failed between client and server.
