There are several reason to be denied your visa application.
Please read the bellow reasons carefully:

(1)An invitation from any issuer over USA can not make sure
your Visa application granted.

(2) Convocation is the celebratory public ceremony at which
all graduates are individually recognized and hooded by the
dean of their academic college. So your travel plan was
hardly necessary for this Convocation whereas your parents
could apply for visa to attend to the Convocation.

(3) If you are currently admitted for PGDM in India so your
continuous of your study is more important than attending in
your brother's Convocation ceremony as PGDP is an important
part of your future carrier.

(4) As you stated that you are engineering Graduate so you
made it filled up in your Online DS-160 Form. And your
engineering background might be proven to the Visa Officer
that you intention was "U.S. Technology Transfer" to out
side of USA. So your visa application has been refereed with
"Technology Alert of United States". The visa officer
doubted that you are going to USA for Transferring their
"U.S. Technology" to other country illegally or in your home
country.

[ I am sorry to say that you will be not eligible for
Non-Immigrant Visa in future except Immigrant Visa]

I have made a mistake in filling my father's date of birth (actually I have put the year wrong, correct is 1952 and I have put in 1951 in the DS160 Visa application form. Will this have any implications on my B1 visa???

Hi - I had attended US B1 visa interview on 19th July 2017 (Wednesday) and I got "rejected". The The counselor had given the reason for 214 (B) section, I got 30 reasons for rejection after I had checked in google, Can someone help me? I will be going for the 2nd time after 6 months, Does it Okay? Is there any chances to reject 2nd time also. In my first interview they asked below the question:- 1) What is your designation (2 times) ? 2) Explain your duty of your job? 3) What is my company does in the US? 4) Where are you going in the US? 5) How many days are going to stay in the US? 6) What kind of conference meeting is it? 7) How many people are working there with your team in the US? 8) What is the purpose of the meeting? 9) What will you do once you come back from US after attending a conference meeting? *I have answered clearly to all above questions. But if they ask me why did I got rejected last time ? I have no answer. Please some one me

My Visa got Rejected on 28th December 2010. I again reappled and again i got rejected on 10th March 2011. Please let me know can i apply again? I dont know why they are rejecting? Please let me know on what to do?

Hi I am Dinesh, BCOM graduate have 3 years of experience in Logistics dept. Now i am joining to Tibco and company is sending me to US for trainning. They are saying it will be on B1 Visa bases.... Hi, I have 1.5 years experience in international IT company. We are exhibiting in world largest event in USA related to our solution. I have all the documents and call letter from USA and my company provide me all the expanses. My application was rejected without any reason. I asked others for the reason they say you never visit any country before so are are rejected. It is true ? I also apply with in week again because it is very important event for me and my company can I get visa ? Please advice.

My L1 petition (not visa)has got denied before 1 month, because of incomplete documents so I couldnt appear for interview. Now I am (my org) planning to get for B1 visa.
