ddr1 ram is 184 pins fsb of 333mhx and ddr2 is 240 pins and fsb of 666mhz and ddr 3 too is 240 and fsb of 1333mhz

DDR- Works at 2.5 V, Has latency CL-3, Transfers 2 bits per clock cycle, located on mother board, has 184 pins, uses TSOP packaging.
DDR2-Works at 1.8V, Has latency CL-5, can transfer 4 bits in the same clock cycle as of DDR, located inside memory chip - On die termination, has 240 pins.
DDR3- works at 1.5V, Has latency CL-7, Transfers 8 bits in the same clock cycle as provided to DDR, located inside memory chip - ODT, has 240 pins but notch placed at different position
