Hi friends i am M.Ponraj, i have been selected for the post of Sorting Assistant in RMS'T'Division(Tiruchirapalli), Department of Posts, India on December 29th 2009. In trichy division 23 candidates were selected and 10 of them were given induction training and they are to be posted in trichy division. I am waiting for the induction training. In the mean time i got selected in the SBI-Clerk written exam and attended the interview for it in Chennai on 26th April 2010. Dear frends, I completed my SBI clerical interview today, the following questions are asked to me, 1. About yourself. 2. What u did after ur graduation.(They stressed mainly on this and cross questioned like reason behind the failure of ur trails) 3. How do u think u r suitable for banking sector 4. what made u to choose this sector 5. Todays news paper 6 what r the qualities required for a clerk job aspect, It went around 12-13 minutes, they will cross question u in every, be prepared for that. hey guys i attended my interview on 29th April in a delhi zone.They were asking so simple question that i was surprised. I preapred day and night for the interview collecting all the question from this link and other site as well as from GS book but they simply asked 1) tell us about ur family 2) about u 3) Why u want to join banking and not IT . 4) Advantages and disadvantages of computer. 5) Where is hawamahal. 6) about pink city 7) who discovered electron. 8) who invented telephone. that's all I think it was just waste of time preparing banking related questions.
