Customers can be good or bad even terrorists? KYC norms are important as per RBI guidelines

it is a negotiable instrument, we have to check date, Drawee (ourselves) drawer (our bank) ,Payee (person to whom the cheque is issued),Signature (very important),Bearer/Order,Crossed/uncrossed,etc
