Prerequisites of 2k3 exchange server:
static IP Address
DC/ADC/Member server(preferred)
DNS properly configured
ASP.NET
SMTP,NNTP,WWW(under IIS)
user a/c on which it will be installed,the user a/c should
be the member of schema admin,enterprise admin(forest root
domain),domain admin,administrators.
exchange server should be the global catalogue server

Windows component must be installe.
1> Microsoft.net framework
2> MicrosoftASP.net
3> World Wide Web services (WWW )
4> Simple mail transfer protocol (SMTP )
5> Network New TRansfer Protocol ( NNTP )
