hie again this is rashmi rana, can sumone please suggest me
a thing,i had my obc certificate of my state,i didn't know
that there is another obc certificate which counts as
central's..., now i filled my sbi form as obc category,n i
got selected for the interview,now they have asked for the
central's obc certificate,which i cant make cause,my
community comes under obc in my state only, but in centre we
are general category.., so what will happen now, please tell
me.what will b the consequences..... please,i have two days
to go to my interview.... please sumone....

Hi rashmi, Dont worry about that.
If you have your OBC certificate after april 2009. thats enough.
dont worry about central certificate.
dont fill up in biodata form OBC certificate. Its just model.
our OBC certificate is enough.
But it must be after April 2009.

Hey Rashmi nd sanjana.....let me tell u both one thing
dat...d OBC certificate should be strictly in that format
which is given in biodata form..so chk dat first..moreover i
think u both have Bc certficate which is valid for the
particular state only....
so have a gud luk on that...if not den make new OBC
certificate from the Courts..it hardly take 4-5 days....
Be quick n very carefull...otherwise there will huge mess......

STATE GIVEN OBC CERTIFICATE IS DIFFERENT, THEY WILL NOT
TAKE IT, THEY ASK OBC CERTIFICATE GIVEN BY THASILDAR FOR
THOSE WHO APPLIED FOR GOVENMENT OF INDIA JOB OR EQUALENT.
YOU WILL APPROACH YOUR THASILDHAR AND ASK THE CERTIFICATE
AND IT SHOULD BE CLEARLY MENTIONED YOU ARE NOT CREAMY LAYER.

hi sanjana...state wise we are bc only...but in central
there are only obc,general,sc,st...if your family income is
below 450000 then ur obc otherwise u ll come under general
category...tats all...there is no term of bc and mbc in central

hie all ... my interview is on 30th,n i m damn confused,i
have obc certificates of up n delhi,i belong to Jat
community,which is recognized as OBC in the states only,but
central ki jo list hai,we aren't there,i mean it sounds as
if i m going to have a bad day all together,i came to know
about this only 3-4 days ago,lets see ,i'll take along both
the certificates with me,dekho kya hota hai,wish me luck
guys,i need it,i'll post whatever happens.... all the best

am selected in allahabad bank for the state of tamil nadu. date of joining is been mentioned as 24.08.09 but i dint get my appointment letter. did anyone who got selected for the same bank in the same state got the appointment letter or any other intimation

Hi, I attended SBI clerical exam on Nov 22,2009. Marked 35 questions in Marketing/computer aps,20 in English, 15 in Quanz,25 in Reasoning, 10 in General Awareness correctly. But answered atmost 25 in every section. Is there any possibility for me to get selected? What is the selection criteria they follow in SBI, to shortlist the candidates?
