u shud carry a OBC certificate which shud hav been
issued(dated) after April 1 2009 n that shud convey that u
belong to Non-Creamy layer.

YOU SHOULD CARRY FOLLOWING CERTIFICATE REGARDING OBC
1 OBC CAST CERTIFICATE
2 CRYMYLAYER CERTIFICATE
