first of all the way of questioning is lit bit confusion.
Siebel crm is nothing but it is custamer relationship
management.it wont have any DB but it will support any 3rd
party database.For supporting the data base of client means
we have to do modification of ul layer of the application.
then we have to send the request to the client database then
architecutre will come into picture.
