hiii i got selected as postal assistant in andhra
pradesh..is there any channel or way to transfer to other
state coz....my hubby works in chennai

ya there is a chance of asking transfer stating that your
husband is working in chennai. you may get transfered to
chennai if any one working in chennai as postal assistant is
willing for transfer to andrapradesh(mutual transfer).
