Blood is the most active immune protected place, It can
detect very small antigens very effectively.
Also there are more than 1700 relevant antigens in the
blood, and designing such large population of antigen and
cells(which are actually responsible for those specific
antigen is very difficult, still efforts are going on,
let's see what future have in it....
