Capital Reserve- Reserve created by the accumulated capital
surplus( not the revenue surplus) of the firm e.g an upward
revaluation of assets by a firm to reflect its assets at
the current market values after appreciation.
Reserve Capital- Part of the authorized capital of a firm
which has not yet called up and is available for drawing in
case of need.

Dear sir Per Day Maximum Cash payment for Limited company in India
if a employee basic salary is rs. 8000/- in march 2010 his total days of salary is 15 then what will amt comes in his f.p.f.(8.33%) account
1. If i receive one invoice from our contractor on 01.08.10 , but the invoice date 30.07.10. My question is in what date i should take into account this transcation (i.e 30.07. Or 01.08.10) 2. If i receive a cheque from our customer on 30.08.10 but its not possible to deposit in the same date, because of closing of bank hours, it is possible only to deposit the cheque on next day only. In this case which date i should taken for account the transcation.
