technical knowledge.

Always give a deplomatic answer this is what interviewer
wants to here. Dont try to be very true and straight u can
loose the job. U can reply that though u have tech
background but u find it easy to deal with people and if u
wud have been n IT feild then also u wud hav been working
in Customer service area only.

bank...tel them customer service is smthng u like to do
most,n wen u wrk in a bank,u r indirectly contributing to
the nation. and IT is a field which is being used by every
bank..so,it will only be helpful in ur job...
