an engineering graduate can do the job more efficiently and
accuratly than any other graduate with the help of their
technical knowledge.
this is the answer expected by the hr people during the
interview. i have learnt frm the corporation bank hr comittee.

Always give a deplomatic answer this is what interviewer
wants to here. Dont try to be very true and straight u can
loose the job. U can reply that though u have tech
background but u find it easy to deal with people and if u
wud have been n IT feild then also u wud hav been working
in Customer service area only.

never tel them that coz of security,u r intrstd to join a
bank...tel them customer service is smthng u like to do
most,n wen u wrk in a bank,u r indirectly contributing to
the nation. and IT is a field which is being used by every
bank..so,it will only be helpful in ur job...

banking sector is one of the blooming sector at present and
is right platform to develop my skills. i found bright
future in this sector.
keep ur ans. straight and true.don't be diplomatic because
it make examiner think that u r are confused

Due to global economic downturn, nobody interested to hire
IT people. Right now we dony have any job. Tats y
