I am currently working In Asian Paints as Officer In Presidents Office. My monthly remuneration is 15000+. I have been selected In SBI as a clerk. Their is confusion whether I should join or continue with my current job. In AP though they are paying more their are very negligible chances of growth because of the profile I hold. Right now I am 25 yrs old should I join SBI also can anyone let me know whether pay will increase after completion of probation period in the bank.

1807I have been selected for SBP but I have also had interviews in Bank of Baroda and Canara Bank. I am a bit confused whether to join or wait for other results to come out because according to the SBI advertisement selected candidates have to work in shifs if required and also travel if necessary. Can anybody tell me what is the notice period in SBP.
