1998i studied till tenth in tamilnadu as a telugu medium student i did my pu [intermediate] and degree in bangalore [karnataka] as one subject is telugu can i write appsc exam because i studied outside andhra pradesh but as telugu student is there any provinence for non resididng telugu people where can i get all these information and how can i get this information if any one knows please tell me
