1)mainly we have to appoint a strong distributor in terms of investment,involvement and infra then we should take the competition details and which are the o/ls where they are strong we should target the o/ls.
2)Ready stock coverage and we have to give proper beat plan to our sales man .

4) whenever our salesman or we visits we should ensure our products should placed in signature style in eye level .

Fill up the distributors on the basis of the potential of
the market and assign the area only the distributor can make
proper delivery and service. Make sure that the visibility
and productivity in most of the outlet means both retail and
wholesale. Proper utilization and convincing of schemes and
motivate the retailers, semi wholesalers , wholesalers with
BTL activities something like that. Proper and organized
market service and order implementation. Day to day analysis
of stock liquidation and divide the monthly targets to
