1.well im varsha i have done my masters in business
administration as hr is my major under osmania university.i
have finished my bachelors in business mgt(BBM)as
industrial relations as my major subject.
i have done a project in dr.reddys laboratories in d
topic organisational climate.(if they asked more abt d
topic elaborate it)
2.i m having 18 months of exp as a hr coordinator in ...
company.my job profle is getting the informtion relating to
man power requirement from different fields of
managers,screening best resumes,telephonic round with d
candidates 2 know their communication n subject
knowledge,inviting selected candidates 4 d
interview ,participating in d interview process,informing d
candidates whether they got selected or rejected,for
selected candidates preparing offer letters and all joining
formalities,some other hr functions like looking after
attendance mgt,coordinating with admin dept and so on...
my ambition is to have a very bright future in hr field.
3.Im highly people interactive personality,having good
communication skills,motivating learning and listening
skills.ready 2 accept challenge and having empathy in
nature so i selected hr/mba as my career.
4.About company better go 2 website of related company and
prepare like ur going 4 a seminar/having m-cet exam.
5.my strengths are my dedication can walk the extra mile 2
acheive excellence,time management,goal oriented.
weaknesses i blame myself if things went wrong bcoz of me
