Select save variant (Ctrl+F10),
create the layout as you want then save the variant in your
name.

Variants allows you to save your selection parameter in the i/p screen of any report.To create variant
1.enter values for selection criteria while you r in SAP report.
2.when all selection criteria are populated click save button.
3.enter variant name
4.type description (meaning)of the variant and then save.
