How to motivate subordinates in sales
Answer / swarna bhanu das
TO MOTIVATE SUBORDINATES IN SALES we should--Contribute to the total sale.We should be always with them when they face any problem in the market.we should not always leave them alone to decide their own fate. The subordinate should always feel that for his development his present manager is the right person. The manager should get the work done by the subordinate by convincing him rather than by forcing him to deliver.By convincing him about his future prospect in the present organisation.By recognition to his good work.By developing his weakness into strength. By fulfilling the commitments in the market in time.By helping him in the retention of old customers and conversion of new customers. MANAGER SHOULD ALWAYS TRY TO MAKE THE SUBORDINATES AS SELF MOTIVATED PEOPLE.
