1. creating condition table(s),
2. placing the condition tables in Access Sequence,
3. assigning the Access Sequence to Condition Type,
4. creating the Procedure,
5. Placing the Condition type in the Procedure.

Company launches a new product and gives 5% discount for only 100 qty from Jan 1st to 10th.
