1) Statement of Accounts - Here we generate partywise
(customerwise/vendorwise) list of account statement
concerned vendor/customer. Correspondence Type (CT)
represent a format for a letter (Correspondence).

These correspondence are client independent.

Steps:
1) Copy Program for company code - T.code - OB78.

Ex: "SAP06" is one of the system defined corespondence
ID's, it is used for generating party statement of a/c.
Here user can also create his own corresponde types.
Print Program Name: RFKORD10 (for the above type)

2)Request Correspondence (Here we generate Account
Statement) - T.Code - FB12.

3) To view A/C statement and Take Printout - T.code - F.64.

(note: correspondence type is defined by any 5 digit
alphanumeric code in T.code - OB77.

Statement of accounts means just sending the Balance report of payments receivable or payable for perticular party.

is it possible to have different currencies for gl accounts under one chart of accounts ? if yes what is the significance?

Say (e.g) in Salary G/L A/c instead of giving P&L they select Balances sheet & it is saved & in this they passed some entry also. But now I have to Select P&L in the Salary G/L. (Note should not create new G/L. In the same Salary G/L I have to change) Tell me how you can change
