what is the difference between we02, we05, we09? ..

We02 and We05 uses the same program. So both of them are
used tos erach Idocs in the system.If IDoc number is not
known then search can be made on the basis of IDoc Date,
Direction, BASIC TYPE, MESSAGE TYPE, and PARTNER NUMBER.
We09:If we are looking for specific information within the
IDocs Segments then this can be found using TCODE WE09.

There is no difference between WE05 an WE02. Both tcode belong to the same programme. So use of both tcode is same.

Difference between WE02 and WE05:
The only difference in GUI support level as both are using same ABAP program RSEIDOC2.
WE02: Supports SAP GUI for HTML and Windows
WE05: Supports SAP GUI for HTML, JAVA, and Windows
