transactions are carried out at large scale. In order to
avoid any affect on production system directly because of change and to avoid the blockage of business process we are using landscape in R/3.

SAP R/3 system consists of Development, Test, Production environments and other sandbox systems,if required. Now this configuration is mostly required to verify and confirm that any changes going into Production environment has been properly tested and tried in other systems. This helps in smooth workflow of the Prod environment with no disruption, and maintaining normal business workflow going.

hi
R/3 - 3 tier server systems like Development server,
Quality server, Production Server .
All the changes and configuration is done in development and
it transport to quality and in quality testing will be done
and at last it will move to production .
That means data flows from Devt.to quality then to
production ,not in other ways.
Thanks
Manoj
