PFCG- go to the role and delete all the user except 10 whom
you want to assign the role.

SU10 - User Maintenance: Mass Changes, select 99 users who
should not have access to that role and delete this role
from them. Then select 10 users who should have access to
that role and add this role to them.

goto PFCG TCODE and goto users tab --> then assign the date validity date "from" and "to" for whom u want to allow the access you can assign

an user schedules a background job.If you monitor in sm37 that job is shown as being run by a different user.how do you find out the actual user who is responsible for it?
